Conducting, recording, and summarizing up to 40 in-depth interviews with community members to explore and analyze the demographics of licensed mental health professionals in Oregon and how the licensing process affects professionals of different backgrounds. The project seeks to ensure equitable processes and support diversity among behavioral health professionals in Oregon.
