Obtained business information from firms in architecture, engineering services, professional services, and construction regarding their experiences in dealing with the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities and other public and private sectors. Obtained data concerning their business capacity and information to evaluate Alaska’s M/W/DBE business program and assisted in developing recommended modifications to programs. Conducted interviews; coordinated, managed, and cofacilitated public hearings and focus groups; conducted and managed custom census surveys; managed and conducted due diligence of airport surveys; conducted and managed a survey of vendors; and provided highly detailed and summarized reports of all findings to be included in the disparity study.
