Worked as diversity consultant on apprenticeship utilization for the Facade Access Equipment Replacement project on the Seattle Municipal Tower. Consulted with general contractor and subcontractors to implement and monitor a monthly Equal Employment Opportunity/Apprenticeship Utilization Plan; collected all relevant workforce data from each project contractor; analyzed monthly reports; and provided the City of Seattle with results.
